Lookups cover Model S, 3, X and Y. The per-lookup figure is the EUR price divided by the number of lookups, rounded to the cent. The amount you pay is shown at checkout before you confirm.

What costs a lookup

  • A lookup of a car that is not in your cars costs 1 lookup.
  • A car already in your cars costs nothing to view, as often as you like.
  • Refreshing a car in your cars after 7 days costs 1 lookup.
  • Nothing is charged when Tesla has no battery estimate for the car.
  • Lookups never expire. There is no subscription.
  • Model S, 3, X and Y only. A VIN of another Tesla is refused and costs nothing.

Paying

Payment is by card through Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers. Lookups are added to your account when the payment is confirmed.

Refunds

Unused lookups can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. A lookup you have used is not refundable: it is delivered instantly, and your right of withdrawal ends for it once you use it. The full wording is in the terms (draft).
